Incorporation document review

I received from Stripe Atlas something does not fit on proper timeline on incorporation process, which says,

"Recently, we noticed that your Action by Incorporator (the document which appoints your company's Board of Directors) was dated before your company was incorporated in Delaware."

So, I took incorporated action which eventually does not exist on that timing.

WOW, I am living like multi-dimentional world! like Matrix lol
